Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern use of Zynko's URL shortening, account, reporting and publisher features. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

Zynko provides short URLs that redirect to destinations selected by users. Features may change or be unavailable during maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, traffic, clicks, search rankings or commercial results.

2. Accounts

Provide accurate registration details, protect your credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account. We may restrict accounts where security is at risk or these Terms are breached.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use Zynko for malware, phishing, scams, deceptive redirects, spam, unlawful content, copyright infringement, harassment or threats. Do not bypass limits, attack infrastructure, interfere with redirects or misuse analytics. We may disable links and restrict accounts to address abuse or legal risks.

4. User responsibility

You are responsible for URLs and content you submit, must have rights to share each destination and must comply with applicable law and third-party rules. Zynko does not endorse or control third-party destinations.

5. Publisher revenue share

Our intended publisher model is a 50/50 split of eligible, verified net advertising revenue: 50% allocated to the publisher and 50% to the platform. It is not 50% of gross advertiser spend, raw clicks or unverified traffic. Invalid traffic, refunds, chargebacks, network deductions, taxes and permitted adjustments may affect eligible net revenue.

Monetization and payouts are not active simply because an account is registered or links receive clicks. They begin only after ad-network approval and integration, publisher and payment verification, valid traffic checks, reporting and separate payout rules are in place. We do not currently guarantee earnings, rates, payment dates or program acceptance.

6. Intellectual property

Zynko branding, software, design and original materials belong to or are licensed to the operator. Copying or commercial exploitation requires permission unless permitted by law.

7. Suspension

We may change or discontinue features, disable unsafe links or restrict access for maintenance, security, abuse prevention or legal compliance. You may stop using the service at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant redirects or analytics will always be uninterrupted, complete or error-free. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

9. Governing law and updates

We may revise these Terms as the service changes. The operator's legal identity, governing law and jurisdiction must be completed before commercial launch.
